Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
Yndr is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may reship it at the customer’s expense.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country.
